1800 West Loop South is a 21-story office tower located directly off I-610 in the Galleria submarket of Houston. Owned by long-standing client, Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT, Nimble. has actively consulted on brand and interiors initiatives ranging from amenity design to spec suite builds, complex wayfinding strategy and signage design to responsive marketing design, since 2018.
One of our proudest collaborations, however, was the visioning and multi-year consulting of a first-to-market penthouse-level studios concept, centered around a common core, Ventuno at 1800. Delivering during the pandemic, Ventuno embraced an undeniable optimism in its delivery of adaptive workplace.

Courage and adaptation thrives
The inspiration behind this concept stemmed from the floor number itself, 21. Leaning into the brilliance of some of our Italian tile finishes, we coined 'Ventuno' as an aspirational personification—part nomad, part gatherer. Located on the penthouse level with 360º city views and a 21’ host bar, Ventuno caters to bold companies who understand that the pause of a house-made brew in the morning might just be where innovation strikes, and that an impromptu lunch around the community table is a vehicle for team bonds that fuel united progress. Despite the turmoil and slow down that 2020 gifted the CRE industry, Ventuno was 100% leased within months of its market debut. Today, nearly six years later, it remains waitlisted.
