The Greenhouse @ 10900 Plaza

A modern conference room with a long wooden table, brown leather chairs, abstract yellow wall art, a green decorative chandelier, and three people interacting, two standing, one walking past in a blur.

A concept floor built for craveable velocity

Great work doesn’t just happen. It’s a living tension made possible daily by creature comforts and sensory environments that deliver on the complex and agile needs of work/life flow. The Greenhouse @ 10900 Plaza in Bellevue, Washington, is our response to a brighter workday.

Imagine an incubator for future-forward teams who find value in greenhousing ideas physically around a shared table, embrace a workplace culture rooted in shared moments, and delight in unexpected discovery made possible by open-ended spaces specially designed with holistic growth in mind. This is the natural beauty and followed form of The Greenhouse @ 10900 Plaza.

Program Overview

The Greenhouse @ 10900 Plaza layers six varied spec suites around an on-floor amenity core that offers gathering and meeting places for up to 12, collaboration-ready tech in place, perch swings that bring a fresh spin on third place, and a hydrate bar featuring rotating kombucha, tea, and sparkling water on tap. Around each corner artful discovery abounds with murals by ATL-based Christina Kwan, locally crafted live edge tables by Northwest Wood Design, and a book and plant bar—all locally sourced and ready for perusing.

A modern office hallway features a green wall with moss and plants, displaying the sign THE GREENHOUSE 10900, with potted plants beneath and gray carpeted floors.
A blurred person walks past a colorful abstract mural behind a wooden table, which holds a tray with books, a dark vase of orange flowers, and small dishes. Brown chairs line the table.
A woman sits on a bench using her phone, wearing a brown and beige outfit, while a blurred person walks by in the background of a modern, minimalist indoor space.
A cozy window seat with patterned pillows sits beside a large window overlooking city buildings. Hanging flowers and greenery are suspended in front of the glass, adding a decorative touch to the urban view.

Spec Suite Highlights

With a balance of open/private spaces with abundant glass and neutral forward, nature-inspired palettes to build upon, each spec suite features collaboration corners for shared exposure and maximum creativity, in-suite meeting spaces suitable for 1–12 to gather, and bespoke break areas with integrated benches, peninsulas, and/or islands for function and fun.

Modern office interior with glass walls, wood flooring, and gray patterned carpet. A kitchenette with wooden cabinets and a tiled backsplash is visible in the background. Spaces are well-lit and minimalistic.
Modern, empty office space with large windows, gray carpet flooring, exposed ceiling, and black accent walls. Sunlight streams in, offering views of tall buildings and a cityscape outside.
