10900 Plaza | Amenity Showcase
The iterative practice of building a living brand
The Plaza Buildings are a two-building workplace located between 108th and 110th Avenue NE in the center of an ever-changing Downtown Bellevue, Washington. Historically home to a long list of successful TAMI tenants, its secret sauce has and continues to be its undeterred dedication to daily, enriching experiences for its companies and guests. Having served as a long-term brand and interiors partner, Nimble. recently had the great pleasure of revisiting 10900 Plaza’s standing amenity base—a first floor alternative meeting space (coined ‘the Library’), first floor cardio fitness studio, and second floor conference wing.

Reviving everyday amenities for an ever-evolving workforce
Breathing fresh design into these spaces meant first uncovering the value they provide to daily audiences—from routine rituals to precedent purpose. Each space was then redesigned to deliver efficiency, distinction, and experience improvement. In the Library bespoke details like a hidden media cabinet and curated book offering spark delight, while the fitness studio promotes a sense of safety and grounded energy through light and an energetic finish scheme. In the conference floor wing, intuitive user accessibility of A/V, sound attenuation, and flexibility of room dynamics deliver versatile places for protected conversation and collaboration to take shape.
