Preferred Office Properties approached Nimble. to lead a series of fast-paced initiatives that spanned targeted prospective tenant marketing campaigns, interiors consulting and signage and wayfinding design for Three Ravinia. Beginning with an in-depth site visit to understand the leasing strategy, existing signage conditions and interior spaces in need of consultation — we set out to design a connected, branded experience for maximum impact.
Working with an inherited identity system, we designed targeted prospective tenant marketing materials aimed at helping prospects vision what their presence at Three Ravinia could look like. From signage rights to suite visualization, exclusive amenity visualizations and more — we built a strong, tangible case for a compelling opportunity. Taking things one step further into the built environment, we supporting the POP team with interiors consulting focused on helping them vision lobby enhancements including signage and FF&E upgrades, connecting brand personality to place and clarifying ownable amenity offerings throughout the ground floor.
Diving into signage and wayfinding design, it was our goal to transform Ravinia’s campus-wide signage program into a connected wayfinding experience for daily visitors, new employees and hotel guests. Thinking through revised strategic signage placement and redesigning the entire program to promote clear direction and consistent visual cues, we transformed a problematic wayfinding experience into one that functions for any user group arriving and departing from the campus.
