Providence Square

 
 

A high-traffic suburban retail center in East Cobb located off Roswell Road near Johnson Ferry, Providence Square is home to many local and regional favorites. The center's owner and its property management team, JLL, approached Nimble. to collaborate on strategic consulting consisting of paint strategy and render visualization of budgeted property upgrades.

We start this process by building conceptual elevations and culling render images to use as the basis of our study. Following, we progress two paint strategies, using our elevation and render tools to visually communicate the effectiveness and impact of each strategy applied. These tools align a wide range of internal decision makers to feel confident in their chosen color selections, prior to paint investment.

Once a paint palette is internally approved, Nimble. releases elevations, renders and supporting narrative to the owner-selected third-party painter, to ensure design intent is visually clarified. Following paint completion, Nimble. supports punch walk and closeout photography.
