Unified Innovation

The name “Unison” conveys a connected, campus-like environment paired with a story of mutual forward momentum. The fluid, organic shapes in the icon represent the three buildings coming together with shared amenities and direct connection to the bay. As a whole, the brand strikes a balance between the concepts of wellness and energy through the introduction of watercolor accents, illustrative details that feel light and refreshing, organic shapes, and energetic expressions of pattern.

A stylized diagram shows the Unison icon's meaning: with each section marked: 501 (top left, teal), 401 (top right, yellow), 351 (bottom right, teal), and Elliott Bay Connection (bottom left, dark grey).
An open booklet displays a watercolor map of downtown Seattle, highlighting the Unison development area near Lake Union and Pike Place Market, with landmarks, streets, and color-coded project phases indicated.
