With the objective to transform two targeted vacancies into high-impact tour experiences, Nimble. consulted with CP Group to direct an immersive tour sequence for its 2nd and 14th floors.

Its 2nd floor benefitted from a second generation build-out with notable features (large offices facing an open office core, maximum use of channel glass, conferencing on the building core) so we elevated existing conditions to enhance its story, drawing attention to its natural selling points and the broader ‘reasons to belong’ of the Cumberland Center II community. Curated tour path, accentuating FF&E, impactful large-format displays and detailed staging work together to offer a hospitable experience and deepen core memory.

On the 14th floor, we amplified the story of access [to The Battery and Cumberland’s growing conveniences] through a targeted tour path and communicative graphics that detail key area benefits.
