Bellaire Park is a two-building, Class A office complex located in one of Houston’s most affluent suburbs. Owned by Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT (KORE), Nimble. was approached to lead select capital projects with the goal of improving wayfinding, first impressions and leasability for a split tenant base of medical and office users. 

Beginning with visual identity development, we designed a new, elevated monogram mark to unite the two buildings under one brand. We drew unique angles found in the building facades and selected versatile type-pairings to promote optimal legibility in signage design. The Bellaire Park color palette was informed based on existing conditions and plans for future renovations. Working our way from the outside in, our goal for signage design was to help differentiate between the two buildings using unique color identifiers as a wayfinding tool. From strategic ground directional placement for an elevated driving experience to select paint application to support pedestrian wayfinding, our goal was to lead users to the correct side of the campus for either medical visits or corporate meetings. On the interiors, we worked to create a personality for the office building that was distinctive from the medical building. Through corridor, restroom and spec suite finishes, we aligned palettes to the brand for a fresh resolve.
