ATLANTA (FEB. 14, 2017) — Nimble., a multi-disciplinary design studio dedicated to branding for the built environment™, today announced that it has grown revenue by 16 percent, led by 30.5 percent growth among its commercial real estate (CRE) and hospitality sector clients. In 4Q 2016, the studio landed key clients Portman Holdings and KBS Realty Advisors, as well as high-profile development and repositioning projects, including: Coda Tech Square in Midtown, Atlanta; Carriage Works in West Midtown, Atlanta; Crown Pointe in Dunwoody, Coalition Food & Beverage in Alpharetta, Georgia (debuting 2017), and an upcoming West Midtown mixed-use redevelopment (name announcing soon).
New technologies are driving change in today’s workplace interior. A Polycom survey indicates that video has become the No. 1 channel of communication in the workplace and Gartner reports that objects connected to the Internet will grow to 50 billion in four years.
Employees’ needs are also evolving. Access to natural daylight and views, flexibility in workplace design and personal workspace arrangements, as well as noise control are all variables that drive both productivity and engagement in the workplace.
